Ray’s experience ranges from seed funded startup to the Fortune 50 inside telecoms, ISP’s, financials, media and security companies. Ray is a technical problem solver, and solutions oriented builder. He is known for on-time, on-spec delivery with a reputation of getting things done. Ray’s background includes experience from all vantage points of the software and product lifecycle delivering some 30+ products with both internal and external customers so far.

Ray has worked in software and product development, systems programming, technical operations, automation, virtualization and containerization in many environments including public cloud, hybrid, and on-prem. Ray has spent a good deal of his career working in the area of security creating products used by infosec professionals worldwide. Ray also has experience leading R&D, quality assurance and customer support teams in various organizations enabling him to help teams deliver better results from the start.

Ray has mentored professionals that have gone on to attain the Distinguished level at some of the Fortune 50.

Ray is a US veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
