Team Core Values

For at least the last 12 years or more, I have shared the following Core Values with teams and places I have worked. Now to be quite honest, I do not recall any longer if I built these on top of something else, or if I just generated these out of thin air from my own thoughts. So any semblance to others is a happy accident of like mindedness. I’m quite sure over the years, I have modified the wording a bit. I’d be curious about additions or thoughts about these that people might have.
The following is the current set:

- Work together with common purpose, goals, creating a culture and atmosphere where everyone has a chance to contribute and achieve success as we strive towards delivering on our mission

- Say what you believe, do what you say! Be WYSIWYG!
- Work with trust, honesty, caring, fairness, loyalty and diversity

- Reflects these values
- Be enthusiastic, proactive and passionate

- Expect nothing but the best from you, your team and others around you
